Cinnamon Apple Infusion Water

Cinnamon and Apples are a natural metabolism booster and also helps you to detox!

3 apples-your choice
3 cinnamon sticks
1/2 gal. water
1 tsp. stevia

Slice up your apples and place them in a glass jug with cinnamon and stevia. Fill up to the top with water. Let infuse over night.
***You can use a plastic jug, but I have found that the apples stay fresh longer if you use glass. In fact the apples in the plastic started browning overnight, the apples in the glass stayed fresh looking for several days.
You can refill with water 3-4 times before throwing out the apple and cinnamon sticks and starting over. Enjoy!
